Dubai es una de las ciudades financieras más importantes del planeta. Pero si nos ponemos a pensar en sus problemas, no podemos quedarnos cortos: islas que se hunden, tormentas de arena, contaminación, explotacion laboral, escasez de agua dulce... Es lo que tiene construir una ciudad de rascacielos en medio del desierto.

A raíz de esto se me ocurrió dibujar un Dubai más ecológico y sostenible, una ciudad que se autoabastezca de energías renovables, con vehículos eléctricos, situada en una zona de lagos, con más vegetación y más agua dulce.

Dubai is one of the most important financial cities in the world. But if we think about the problems, there are lots of them: islands that go underwater, sandstorms, pollution, labor exploitation, water shortage... That's the problem of building a skyscraper city in the middle of the desert. 

That's why I occured to draw an eco-friendly and sustainable Dubai, a self sufficient city that uses renewable energy sources, with electrical vehicles, and located in a lake environment, what means more vegetation and fresh water.
